Entertainment Instructions
By connecting your phone to our Wi-Fi, you’ll have access to our 6 Bluetooth speaker zones (Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom 1, Master Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 & Den). You can play your music directly from your phone or use your favorite streaming music service (such as Spotify or Amazon Music). To play music in multiple rooms, use AirPlay to connect up to all 6 available rooms. Control the volume via either the volume control keypad buttons in each room or through your mobile device.

To turn on/off the TVs, use the power button on the TCL Roku or Samsung TV remote.
Using Roku to watch Streaming Services
Living Room/Den: Use the power button on the Samsung TV remote. Once a display appears, press the Source button to the left of the power button and then the left or right arrows to move to the Roku Input.
1st 2nd & 3rd Bedroom: Use the power button on the TCL Roku TV remote.
Once the Roku Screen is displayed, use the Roku remote and select Get started from the Guest Mode menu and enter your checkout date as the day you’d like Roku to automatically sign you out of any streaming accounts you add later. Press the enter button and select Start streaming! You now appear at the main menu to add any personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Prime Video. If the app you want does not appear as a default channel, simply select the channels icon to add additional channels for your stay. You will automatically be logged out of any accounts you add on your checkout date selected during initial setup.
(Updated 8/28/23) Living Room: Use the power button on the Samsung TV remote. Once a display appears, press the Source button to the left of the power button, then the left or right arrows to select the Spectrum source input. Pick up the Spectrum remote, press CBL button, then press the power button while pointing towards the cable box.

Den: Use the power button on the Samsung TV remote. Once a display appears, press the Source button to the left of the power button, then the down arrow to access the menu bar and the left arrow to access the Spectrum TV app.

(Updated 8/28/23) 1st 2nd & 3rd Bedroom: After completing initial Roku TV setup, complete the following steps. Select Cable Box from the Roku menu, then select Continue from the screen that appears. Pick up the Time Warner Cable/Spectrum remote, press CBL button, then press the power button while pointing towards the cable box.
Note: You may also choose to simply add the Spectrum TV app to your Roku channel list and access the same content with only the Roku remote. Once the channel is added and selected to open, an End User License Agreement will display. Select ACCEPT and then Continue to access.
As you will notice, you can also utilize streaming apps here. However, we highly recommend you use the Roku menu for streaming services as it will log you out automatically on the checkout date selected.
(Updated 8/28/23) Living Room: There is no longer a Blu-ray or DVD player in the Living Room. Please see above information for enjoying Cable TV or Streaming Services.
1st 2nd & 3rd Bedroom: After completing initial Roku TV setup, complete the following steps. Select Blu-ray player from the Roku menu.
Use the Sony remote to turn on the Blu-ray player. Once you see a picture, you can insert your DVD/Blu-Ray into the Blu-ray player and it will start automatically. To start a disk already in the Blu-ray player, use the arrows on the Sony remote to move over to the Disk icon. Press the button in the center of the arrows to begin playing your movie.
To power down the Blu-ray player, hold down the power button on the Sony remote.
Den: Press the power button on top of the PS4. Once you see picture, you can insert your DVD or Blu-ray in the PS4 and it will start automatically. To start a disk already in the PS4, just scroll over to it using the directional arrow buttons around the enter button on the PS4 controller or remote. If there is no picture, make sure the TV is on the correct input by utilizing the Samsung remote. [Note: The PS4 controller may need to be placed in the charging doc if it is not charged. To turn on the controller, simply press the circular PS4 button. Press the enter button (X on the controller) to begin playing your DVD. The PS4 controller or remote can control stop, play, pause, etc.
To power down the PS4, press the circular PS4 button on either the controller or remote. A menu will pop up confirming you want to Turn off the System. Press the Enter button (X on the controller).
